WHAT IS COLLECTEDOnly when you send feedback
We receive the platform, app version, report category, optional subject, optional description, optional reproduction steps, optional system details, optional contact email, browser locale, and user-agent. A daily pseudonymous rate-control key is derived from the request IP address; the raw IP address is not stored in the ChromaMatter feedback database. Cloudflare may still process network information while providing hosting and security.

LOCAL APPNo automatic model upload
The ChromaMatter desktop app processes models locally. It does not automatically upload models, projects, or usage telemetry to this website. Data reaches the feedback service only when you open the website form and submit it yourself.

PURPOSE AND PROCESSORSSupport, diagnosis, and abuse prevention
Reports are used to answer feedback, reproduce bugs, improve compatibility, and prevent abuse—not for advertising or profiling. Cloudflare provides the site and private feedback database. Resend may deliver an operational notification to the developer. Report text and optional contact details remain available only through the private feedback inbox.

FILE EXCHANGEFiles are handled separately through Dropbox
The website feedback form does not upload model or project files. If a file is needed, the developer will arrange a separate Dropbox transfer in the existing conversation. Do not place passwords, licence keys, API keys, confidential material, or unnecessary personal data in a shared file. Dropbox processes transferred files under its own terms and privacy policy.

RETENTION AND SHARINGPrivate working data, never sold
Website feedback records are scheduled for best-effort removal after 180 days; cleanup may run later than the exact expiry time. Delivered notification emails may remain until manually deleted. We do not sell feedback data or publish submitted reports. You may request earlier deletion of identifiable records using the feedback reference.
